Life Science Open Space 2019 - Why is it worth to participate?

• is a unique event bringing together people who focus on collaborative activities in the broad area of biotechnology and healthcare 
• it is a space where research and innovation meets business and capital
• it is also an interdisciplinary melting pot, which gives rise to new contacts, projects, technologies and products associated with Health and Quality of Life

At LSOS all presentations are devoted to the opportunities for collaboration in the framework of projects, commercial undertakings and other interdisciplinary activities. All presentation abstracts are published and promoted on the conference website and in other media.

In addition, presentations can take part in three competitions: BEST PRESENTATION, BEST EXAMPLE OF OPEN INNOVATION, BEST STARTUP

The #LSOS19 program comprises four modules

I. Collaboration
Brief presentations which showcase problems or collaboration opportunities in the framework of research and development projects, startups and enterprises. Three cooperation categories – open innovation, challenge and demo – define the scope and aim of each presentation. The module is divided into thematic tracks (Printed Health; MedTech / Medical Robotics; Active and healthy life / Social innovation; Bioeconomy; Healthy food and nutrition; Drug research & development; Innovative Hospital; Beauty and lifestyle; Telemedicine and Telecare; Healthy home and office) and 3 special sessions: Start-Up Scene, Career and Business Development.

II. Inspirations
An action-packed evening which can inspire you both intellectually and emotionally, reveal new opportunities and encourage you to take action.
The agenda includes a meeting with inspirers – individuals who will explain their definition of success, along with a therapeutic dance and music session – join us for a bit of tango; a taste of Buenos Aires in the center of Kraków!

III. 3D partnering
We’re able to arrange one-on-one meetings with potential business partners, to present and discuss your respective offers, ideas or needs in a safe and relaxed atmosphere. IV. Exhibition
An opportunity to present products and services at business and project stands situated at the nexus of the event venue. This is an attractive option particularly for presenters from the DEMO and CHALLENGE categories, as well as for those who wish to effectively showcase their offer and familiarize other participants with their projects.

• PRESENTER  |  TICKET FREE OF CHARGE  |  to participate, you need to have your abstract accepted. SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT TO EXERCISE THIS OPTION 
• PARTICIPANT  |  250 euro
